About Us
In March of 1994 Joel Cohen started his first carpet cleaning business in Anchorage, Alaska called SteamTech Inc. Over the course of eight years Joel built a successful business in Anchorage, with over 3,500 clients. Cleaning over 150 carpets per month, his company success even gained national recognition in the industry's leading trade magazine, CleanFax.
In January of 2002 Joel began the sale of his first business, SteamTECH Inc and moved his family to Bend, Oregon.
With the sale of SteamTECH Inc. complete, Always Clean, Joel's new company, was started in Bend in January of 2003 and was met with open arms by the community. As he's shown in the past, Joel succeeded in accelerating the company's growth through his application of industry knowledge. Focusing foremost on providing the best available cleaning techniques, coupled with superb customer service, Joel continued to grow his business here in Bend.
Now, in 2008, Joel recently converted all his knowledge and experience in carpet cleaning and created a new unique company - Ecosafe Inc! The growing concern for our environment coupled with constant requests from clients for kid-safe/pet-safe carpet cleaning, bred the idea for Ecosafe Inc. A company that maintained all the ideals of premium service while focusing on preserving our fragile ecosystem.
